Anti-Spam Compliance

Canada’s new Anti-Spam Legislation (colloquially referred to as “CASL”) came into effect July 1, 2014. Our firm is committed to compliance with the CASL regulatory regime – and ensuring our email campaigns are delivered only to people who consent to receive them. As always, our email campaigns continue to provide an unsubscribe link at the end of each email.
