Biography

Daniel joined Stringer LLP after completing his articles with a prominent management-side labour and employment boutique in Toronto.  Daniel advises and represents clients in all areas of labour and employment law, including wrongful dismissals, applications before provincial and federal labour relations boards, labour arbitration, human rights complaints and occupational health and safety.

Daniel was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. He obtained his Juris Doctor (with Distinction) from Western University, where he finished in the top 10% of his class in all three years of study and was awarded the J.S.D. Tory Writing Prize, the Labour & Employment Law Achievement Award, the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize and the McArdle-MacKinnon 125th Anniversary Alumni Award. Prior to law school, Daniel obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts (with High Distinction) from the University of Toronto, majoring in Employment Relations. He also obtained a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, where he received the Frank Reid Prize for finishing with the highest academic standing in his graduating class.
