Frank was called to the Ontario bar in 2013. He joined Stringer LLP after completing his articles with a prominent management-side labour and employment boutique in Ottawa. He advises and represents clients in all areas of employment and labour law including wrongful dismissals, occupational health and safety, human rights complaints and assisting employers to manage unionized workplaces.
After completing his undergraduate degree at Acadia University, Frank received his law degree from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. While in law school, he spent a semester studying American and international law at the James E. Rogers College of Law in Tucson, Arizona.
Frank is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
